1969 Ski-Doo Olympic 12/3
This sled was supposed to be a parts sled for the 70 292 TNT.
It turned out to be a 69 and in pretty darn solid shape, so another project in the wings!
I also did get a 299 engine and misc parts, so I can put it back together stock with little effort.
At first we thought it might be a factory SS model, but the SN shows it to have been a stock Olympic.
BUT, it might get a 277, or who knows. I am thinking!
The 277 install has begun!
The 277 was used in some early 80's Citations. This is similar to the mighty 503, only with one cylinder.
28 hp should be a fair upgrade from the stock 12 hp. This engine would have had oil injection also, but for now that will not be installed.
Elan 250 SS Exhaust which required some modifications to fit, but it will be exiting out of the stock location in the tunnel.
